 Re-using and Up-styling your denim – 45 minute session

We all love denim but did you know it uses 10,000 litres of water to create just one pair of jeans?

Kath has created these sessions to help invigorate your wardrobe, she wants to focus on utilizing your existing denim pieces. She will can offer ideas and advice on how to up-style, even how to completely transform your denim clothing into new garments or accessories. Please bring along your own items to the session. 

A bit of background about Kath 

Kath Goodwin is an award-winning designer who has shown at London Fashion Week multiple times. She has been immersed in all things fashion for nearly 30 years, her experience includes a mixture of high street names such as Topshop and House of Fraser and fashion houses Linea and Takashimaya in New York.

Over the years Kath has dressed and styled many people including the Sex in the City actress Kristin Davies - herself an amazing trailblazer and size campaigner, Ashley Graham and Radio DJ Sara Cox. Kath is now a regular contributor and stylist at Velvet magazine, a Cambridgeshire favourite for all things fashion and lifestyle.

What Kath really enjoys is hands-on creativity, running 1-2-1 sewing workshops to help people make the most of their clothing through up-cycling, re-making and mending ideas.

Above all, Kath loves helping people with their wardrobes and we are thrilled that she has offered to share some of her expert tips and styling advice at Re-Fashion this September.
